Tailored Care For Every Individual
Our team at Complete Care design and facilitate the support needed for each individual we serve. Services provided are identified in the individual ISP or My Plan. Each client has different needs and deserves to receive quality in-home care and support from a Supported Living provider dedicated to putting their care and needs first.

Supported Living Angncy provides a wide range of services that can be customize and tailor to fit the individuals needs.

Assistance with daily living activities, such as shopping, meal planning and preparation, recreational activities, and household maintenance.

Personal care assistance such a bathing, dressing and grooming medication reminding.

Seven days per week, 24 hours per day, wrap-around support and care, including Live-in services with emergency response capabilities.

Locating, scheduling and coordinating appropriate medical services.

Respite care or relief for family providing care.

Assistance with transportation.

Assistance in locating, securing and maintaining an apartment.

Encouragement and support in choosing with how and whom to live with.
